Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to follow precise recipes and instructions

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and prepare dishes consistently

Job Duties
- Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
- Passionately prepare, portion, and or cook food items to quality specifications
- Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Adhering to proper use of safety equipment and sanitation tools
- Supporting team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
