Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to follow precise recipes and instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and prepare dishes consistently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
  • Passionately prepare, portion, and or cook food items to quality specifications
  • Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
  • Adhering to proper use of safety equipment and sanitation tools
  • Supporting team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
