Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary or food prep experience is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must adhere to food safety and health regulations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and transport heavy food products
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Ability to maintain personal grooming standards as per company policy
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed recipes
- Strong attention to food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic math skills for recipe and portion calculations
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepares daily preparation lists for production
- Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
- Prepares all broiled and sautéed food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications
- Visually inspects and selects only the highest quality food items
- Checks and controls proper storage and portion control to maintain quality
- Keeps refrigeration, equipment, and work areas clean and in working condition to comply with health regulations
- Maintains logs for cooling, heating, and temperature
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Follows safety and security procedures
- Knows fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilizes protective equipment
- Reports unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- Maintains neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Assists other kitchen personnel as needed
- Performs any related duties requested by management
