Job Requirements

  • must have 1+ years experience in food production or similar role
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • active food handlers certification
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and cleaning solutions

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
  • proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
  • being a cinephile is a plus

Job Duties

  • Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company’s core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
  • maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • make food that looks and tastes delicious with high-quality ingredients
  • field, organize, and prepare guest food tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • utilize tools such as measuring cups, spoons, scales, and other required kitchen tools
  • follow cleaning schedules, prep lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems to control food waste, production, and quality
  • communicate needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
  • support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
