Job Requirements
- must have 1+ years experience in food production or similar role
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- active food handlers certification
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and cleaning solutions
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
- proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- being a cinephile is a plus
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company’s core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
- maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
- make food that looks and tastes delicious with high-quality ingredients
- field, organize, and prepare guest food tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- utilize tools such as measuring cups, spoons, scales, and other required kitchen tools
- follow cleaning schedules, prep lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems to control food waste, production, and quality
- communicate needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
- support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
