Job Requirements

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare premium prime steaks, seafood, and plant-based entrees to brand standards
  • follow industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation practices
  • properly store products in walk-in cooler and freezer and maintain dry storage organization
  • clean and maintain station and kitchen areas
  • monitor ticket times and ensure food quality
  • work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to provide timely service
  • support a positive and fast-paced work environment
