Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous experience as a line cook or culinary training preferred
- Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Capacity to work under pressure during busy periods
- Physically able to handle and lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
- Mobile and able to work standing for entire shifts in limited space
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years hot line cooking experience in a similar caliber or fine dining kitchen
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling
- Ability to follow recipes and Chef’s instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English both oral and written
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Job Duties
- Prepare mise en place for assigned stations
- Cook food products according to Executive Chef and resort standards
- Ensure food quality, temperature, and appearance during meal service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
- Communicate special orders and guest concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment
- Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately
