Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Previous experience as a line cook or culinary training preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Capacity to work under pressure during busy periods
  • Physically able to handle and lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
  • Mobile and able to work standing for entire shifts in limited space

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years hot line cooking experience in a similar caliber or fine dining kitchen
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling
  • Ability to follow recipes and Chef’s instructions accurately
  • Strong communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare mise en place for assigned stations
  • Cook food products according to Executive Chef and resort standards
  • Ensure food quality, temperature, and appearance during meal service
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • Communicate special orders and guest concerns professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment
  • Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately
