Job Duties
- assist in food preparation process including chopping vegetables preparing sauces enforcing and adhering to food and safety standards in accordance with local law assisting Head Chef Sous Chef and Pastry Chef in assembling dishes to be served clean up after business hours ensuring that workstations remain clean and sanitary throughout the day and at the end of operating hours maintain proper stocking of necessary ingredients and other cooking tools
