- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- knowledge of food safety standards
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow kitchen safety and sanitation protocols

- prepare and cook pasta dishes according to authentic Italian recipes

- support team communication during high-volume service
