- previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- prepare and cook authentic Italian pasta dishes with attention to detail
- prepare high-quality entrée items according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- accommodate special guest requests ensuring guest satisfaction
- coordinate timely and efficient food orders to support table delivery
- maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness
- collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during high-volume services
