  • Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to create efficient workflows
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs
  • Support the culinary team in menu planning and seasonal updates
