- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create efficient workflows
- Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs
- Support the culinary team in menu planning and seasonal updates
