Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of fine dining culinary experience
- valid food handler certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days
- ability to work full-time hours
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines and club policies
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare and set up sauté station and appetizer set up
- assist chef in set up and cooking of meals as needed
- prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards
- clean up sauté area and food service line
- support the goals and objectives of the company with a professional, service oriented attitude
- follow safe work practices at all times
- adhere to schedule and dress code
- prepare meats, seafoods, vegetables and other items for line and special functions
- carefully follow standard recipes
- use food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions
- cook and sauté food when ordered
- consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices
- cover, wrap and return unused food products to proper storage
- return soiled utensils and small ware items to proper areas
- assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors as needed
