Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in a cook or similar food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed
- Must adhere to company uniform and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines precisely
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
- Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
- Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
- Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
