Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- must be able to stand for long periods
- must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
- must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- must comply with all company policies and procedures

- must be able to work well with other team members, managers and guests
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of proper food handling procedures such as blanching, sautéing, standard breading
- intermediate knife skills
- basic kitchen operations experience
- experience cooking in a high level, fast-paced kitchen
- ability to read and understand recipes
- effective communication skills with other cooks
- knowledge and understanding of basic math
- ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to assignments from Sous Chefs including vegetable preparation, vinaigrettes, salads, stocks, meat fabrication, sauce making and other advanced techniques
- clean work area and kitchen during and at the end of shift
- play a central role in production of finished dishes during service
- assist with receiving deliveries to the kitchen
- take direction and follow recipes
- work in a supervised environment
- work at a steady pace with service orientation and quicken pace as needed
