Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation required
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Prepare grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed food items in compliance with standardized recipes
- Portion and prepare food items such as tempura and sauces prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked food items attractively
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen workstation
- Communicate with Lead Line Cook to ensure efficient customer order processing
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report repairs and maintenance needs
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
