Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation required
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed food items in compliance with standardized recipes
  • Portion and prepare food items such as tempura and sauces prior to cooking
  • Plate and garnish cooked food items attractively
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen workstation
  • Communicate with Lead Line Cook to ensure efficient customer order processing
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and report repairs and maintenance needs
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
