Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina
- basic knife skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes specs and Chef direction
- set up and stock station with all necessary ingredients equipment and prep
- execute dishes with consistent presentation quality and speed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of station throughout service
- assist with daily prep tasks including chopping portioning labeling and storing food properly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines FIFO temperature logs cross-contamination prevention etc
- communicate clearly with Chef expo and team members during service
- restock and break down stations at end of shift complete closing duties and cleaning tasks
- report any equipment issues product shortages or quality concerns to Chef immediately
- follow all BOH policies procedures and safety protocols
- support teammates as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service
