Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and practical culinary experience
- Experience working in a hotel kitchen is preferred
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to read and understand product labels and recipes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
- Report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
