Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary services
- Ability to handle heavy food products
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls
- Strong hygiene and clean appearance maintenance
- Knowledge of safety and fire prevention procedures
- Ability to utilize protective equipment
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to report unsafe conditions and incidents promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar food preparation or kitchen role
- Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and use math skills for portion control
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Prepares daily preparation lists for production
- Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
- Prepares all broiled and sautéed food items according to standard recipes and guest check specifications to ensure product consistency
- Visually inspects, selects, and uses only food items of the highest standard in preparation
- Checks and controls proper storage of products and monitors portion control
- Maintains cleanliness and working condition of refrigeration, equipment, and storage areas to comply with health regulations
- Maintains all logs related to cooling, heating, and temperature
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Follows safety and security procedures and fire prevention protocols
- Utilizes protective equipment
- Reports unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- Maintains a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Assists other kitchen personnel as needed
- Performs related duties as requested by management
