Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hot and cold food preparation
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • professional appearance
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • ability to comply with HIPAA, health, and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in line with daily menus and recipes
  • assist in food prep and planning for upcoming meals
  • plate dishes with an eye for presentation and portion control
  • support kitchen sanitation and safety standards at all times
  • monitor food temperatures and maintain accurate logs
  • assist in preparing meals for special functions and events
  • ensure compliance with HIPAA, health, and safety regulations
