Job Requirements

- Previous culinary or kitchen experience is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and standard cooking procedures
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to handle heavy food products
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepares daily preparation lists for production
- Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
- Prepares all broiled and sautéed food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications
- Visually inspects, selects, and uses only food items of the highest standard
- Checks and controls proper storage and portion control to maintain quality product
- Keeps refrigeration, equipment, and work areas clean and compliant with health regulations
- Maintains logs for cooling, heating, and temperature
- Adheres to company policies and safety procedures
- Reports unsafe conditions and incidents
- Assists other kitchen personnel when needed
- Performs related duties as requested by management
