Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Six months or more of experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have floor presence and ability to stand or walk for 10 to 12 hours
- Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation SOPs
- Must be able to read and comprehend recipes
- Ability to follow direction from supervisors
- Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures
- Must document and track production progress accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform raw food prep including washing, cutting, cooking, cooling, labeling and portioning product
- Receive direction from Production Kitchen Supervisor to fulfill production requirements
- Label packaging at the standard average rate and submit progress updates
- Read and understand recipes thoroughly
- Cook food using ovens or tilt skillets and prepare sauces and components
- Transition between tasks as needed
- Move hot speed racks or food into blast chillers
- Safely use cooking, cooling, traying, and labeling equipment
- Work fast with strong attention to detail while multitasking recipe steps
- Accurately document times, temperatures, and key information for food safety and CCP documentation
- Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients
- Maintain clean and safe workspace
- Clean and sanitize probes, tables, and smallwares between recipe steps
- Conduct full changeovers when introducing new allergens
- Run cleaning cycles on Rational ovens, blast chillers, and tilt skillets
- Follow GMPs and safety guidelines onsite including proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to Food Safety Cardinal Rules
- Support food safety and quality programs (SQF)
- Stay current on Alchemy training including ROP and RTH courses
- Troubleshoot kitchen equipment
- Document and track food transitions and progress
