Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Certified level cook and/or experience in food production and/or preparation
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience
- Food Handlers permit
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
- Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions (-10F to 110F)
- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 250 lbs
- Good physical dexterity for kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications
- Certified level cook and/or experience in food production and/or preparation
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience
- Food and Beverage customer service experience
- Food Handlers permit
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- High school or equivalent education
- Culinary school degree
- All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties
Job Duties
- Maintaining the highest level of execution and quality food while following timelines
- Preps, prepares, and executes all menu items to specification and follows directions of the Executive Chef daily
- Sets up the work station based on menu items, banquet event orders, and specials and ensures all mise en place is ready for the shift
- Follows proper sanitation and safety guidelines and keeps all kitchen work and storage areas clean and organized
- Inspects all food products to maintain proper appearance, colors, and appeal
- Ensures all food storage is in proper containers in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness
- Assists with all stations including prep, banquets, and dish during certain times
