Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- prior experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role preferred
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare high volume, a la minute dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
- manage multiple tasks efficiently during service
- ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- assist with inventory control and stock management
