Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years' progressive experience in a relevant culinary environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
- commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

- minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- culinary training or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
- ensure proper food storage and handling to comply with safety regulations
- assist in receiving and storing inventory
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production goals
- monitor food preparation times to ensure timely service
- follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and kitchen equipment
