Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus)
  • ability to communicate effectively with external customers

Job Duties

  • maintain outstanding customer service by processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • clean food preparation equipment and work area
  • organize, load and unload inventory and put merchandise away
  • prepare food for customers and maintain proper levels of food for shifts
  • ensure that ingredients are stored properly and maintain inventory of food and other items for the grill station
  • fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as required
  • cut, carve, assemble, measure, and mix ingredients for dishes
  • maintain cleanliness of all equipment and wares used
  • create a positive work environment and fulfill the mission statement
  • follow and maintain food safety and HACCP processes
  • communicate daily with upper management
  • monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • empty trash bins in dumpster
