Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level
- must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures
- must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- must maintain high level of personal cleanliness
- must be flexible with work schedule
- must follow food safety standards including OSHA and HACCP compliance
Job Qualifications
- Food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- ability to understand and follow OSHA and HACCP standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- attention to detail in food preparation and safety
Job Duties
- Prepare meals quickly, efficiently, and accurately according to Hawkers standards
- take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- communicate with team members and leadership about order status and product availability
- wash and clean raw food products
- use fryer timed cycles properly and maintain fryer equipment
- follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- rotate products using first in, first out method
- log and discard products past use by date
- keep par stock levels appropriate to minimize waste
- perform routine tasks under leadership direction
- clean work area, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- maintain food production, handling, cooking, sanitation, and safety standards
- assist in training new and part-time personnel
- maintain high level of personal cleanliness
- be flexible with schedule and fill in as needed
- help fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned
