Job Requirements
- available to work various shifts holidays and both weekend days
- able to reach overhead and below the knees perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
- able to stand sit or walk for an extended period of time
- able to lift carry push pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers to prepare foods
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs
- cook all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines
- follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures
- set up and break down workstation with required tools equipment or supplies
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals
- always follow company policies and safety procedures
