Job Requirements

  • available to work various shifts holidays and both weekend days
  • able to reach overhead and below the knees perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
  • able to stand sit or walk for an extended period of time
  • able to lift carry push pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers to prepare foods
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs
  • cook all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines
  • follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures
  • set up and break down workstation with required tools equipment or supplies
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
