Job Duties
- Rolls the dumpling and bun skin
- stuffs the dumplings and buns
- closes and arranges the dumplings and buns in the steamer properly
- adds necessary meat and allergen identifiers
- steams the dumplings and buns for the appropriate amount of time
- cleans the dumpling room and the steamer station
- labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
