Job Requirements

  • no prior cooking experience required
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare made-from-scratch food according to Texas Roadhouse recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • work collaboratively with kitchen team members
  • manage assigned food stations efficiently during busy service periods
  • follow food safety guidelines and protocols
  • assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
  • support cross-training and development initiatives
