- must be able to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen

- manage assigned food stations efficiently during busy service periods
- follow food safety guidelines and protocols
- assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
- support cross-training and development initiatives
