Job Requirements
- Must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- Prepare all food items to order following recipes and procedures within specified time limits
- Communicate effectively with team and leadership
- Wash and clean raw food products
- Always use entire timed cycle on fryers
- Properly maintain and use fryers
- Follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- Rotate products to maintain shelf-life standards
- Log and discard expired products
- Maintain appropriate par stocks and minimize waste
- Perform repetitive tasks as directed
- Clean work and food preparation areas
- Maintain food production and safety standards
- Assist in training new personnel
- Show schedule flexibility
- Maintain personal cleanliness
- Be a team player
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- Understand OSHA and HACCP standards
- Have 1-2 years' experience
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare meals quickly, efficiently, and accurately according to Hawkers Asian Street Food standards
- Take and pass all required training courses and continuous assessments
- Communicate with team members and leadership about order status and product availability
- Wash and clean raw food products
- Use entire timed cycle on fryers
- Maintain, filter, and properly use fryers
- Follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- Rotate product according to First In, First Out standards
- Log and discard unused products at the end of shift by use-by date
- Keep par stocks at proper levels and adjust production to minimize waste
- Perform routine tasks as directed by leadership
- Clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
- Ensure proper disposal of food waste
- Maintain food production, handling, cooking, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist in training new and part-time staff
- Show schedule flexibility to support restaurant operations
- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
- Be a team player and assist fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
