Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid California Food Handlers card or renew if expired
- minimum of 12 consecutive months of employment in a kitchen
- experience with food preparation and knife skills
- availability Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts
- ability to work varied schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 12 consecutive months of kitchen experience
- experience with food preparation and knife skills
- ability to operate black top grill a plus
- valid California Food Handlers card
Job Duties
- Food prep and cooking
- menu options including pastas, pizzas, Mexican food, Chinese food, breakfast grill, lunch grill and grab n' go meals
- setting up, take down and cleaning of stations
- cleaning dishes
- sweeping and mopping kitchen area
- putting deliveries away in designated area
- assisting customers with meal orders at each station
- maintaining cleanliness of cafeteria, kitchen and eating area
