Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
- knowledge of proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
- strong teamwork and communication skills
