Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Current Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • Knowledge of chemicals used in the building
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, continuously bend, reach and twist

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn menu and recipes quickly
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic math skills related to weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
