- Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team to deliver timely meal service
- Participate in culinary training and development programs
- Support the implementation of seasonal menus and specials
