Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a culinary role
  • Knowledge of food service equipment and proper storage techniques
  • Ability to follow procedures and standardized recipes
  • Experience in short order, banquet, or prep cooking
  • Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • Must be able to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food service equipment and proper storage techniques like FIFO
  • Ability to follow procedures and standardized recipes
  • Experience as a short order, banquet, and/or prep cook
