Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- food handler certification preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Execute menu recipes according to standards
- ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes following guest requests
- maintain portion control and temperature guidelines
- manage cooking station including setup, prep, and stocking
- uphold cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and storage of cooking station
- operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
