Job Requirements

- Previous line cook or pastry cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be eligible to work in the country
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- Maintain portion control and temperature standards
- Manage pastry station setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, and organization
- Follow sanitation and food safety protocols
- Break down and store pastry station items properly
- Collaborate with kitchen team to support smooth service
