Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 4+ years of line cook experience preferred
- Be a multitask master in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to recreate recipes per The Sicilian Butcher standards
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience
- Knowledgeable about the menu and products
- Must have a current food handler's card or be able to obtain one
- Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player
- High school diploma
- A higher degree in hospitality or relevant field will be a plus

- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to recreate recipes according to company standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Possession or ability to obtain a valid food handler's card
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Safely use a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
