Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with vaccination, screening, and PPE requirements as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
  • Friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute seasonal menus
  • Provide excellent customer service through interactions with residents and guests
  • Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Assist with inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
  • Support team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
