Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum four years of line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recipe recreation and food safety standards
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of menu and product offerings
  • Ability to work full-time hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Understanding of food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes
  • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
  • Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
  • Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
