Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum four years of line cook experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recipe recreation and food safety standards
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of menu and product offerings
- Ability to work full-time hours including early mornings and weekends

- Understanding of food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
