Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a busy restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment
- Culinary school diploma or relevant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adapt to changing menus, food requests, and special dietary needs
- Assist in training new kitchen staff when needed
