Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Culinary school degree
- Minimum of 2 years' culinary experience
- Certified level cook and/or experience in food production and/or preparation
- Food and beverage customer service experience
- Food Handlers permit
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

Job Duties
- Maintaining the highest level of execution and quality food while following timelines
- Preps, prepares, and executes all menu items to specification and follows directions of the Executive Chef daily
- Set up workstations based on menu items, banquet event orders, and specials ensuring all mise en place is ready for the shift
- Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines at all times, keeping all kitchen work and storage areas clean and organized
- Inspect all food products to maintain proper appearance, colors, and appeal
- Ensure all food storage is in proper containers in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness
- Assist with all stations including prep, banquets, and dish during busy periods
