Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in a culinary role within a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • strong attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and advance culinary skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • participate in culinary training and development programs
