Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in a culinary role within a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- strong attention to detail
- willingness to learn and advance culinary skills

- knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- participate in culinary training and development programs
