Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a high volume kitchen
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and take direction
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of cooking methods and food safety practices
- ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
- monitor food quality and presentation
- assist in training new kitchen staff
