Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years’ experience in a food service or culinary role
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • strong attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • reliable and team-oriented work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • good communication skills
  • culinary training or coursework is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • assist with inventory management and stock control
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • collaborate with culinary team and other departments to meet service goals
  • participate in onboarding and training programs
  • contribute to menu innovation and seasonal food preparation
