Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years’ experience in a food service or culinary role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- strong attention to detail
- willingness to learn and grow professionally
- reliable and team-oriented work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work well in a team environment
- good communication skills
- culinary training or coursework is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- assist with inventory management and stock control
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- collaborate with culinary team and other departments to meet service goals
- participate in onboarding and training programs
- contribute to menu innovation and seasonal food preparation
