Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, chef driven, full-service restaurant
  • a commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
  • ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
  • basic knife skills
  • detail oriented and cool under pressure
  • adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
  • have a flexible schedule and open availability

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • manage time efficiently to ensure timely service
  • collaborate with team members to support kitchen operations
