- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Willingness to participate in various kitchen stations
- Ability to follow directions and work under pressure

- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Work within multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
- Prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items according to company standards
- Maintain proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to create legendary experiences for guests
- Adhere to restaurant policies and safety regulations
- Support a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Contribute to excellent guest service through quality food preparation
