- 1-2 years of cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent
- understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- take full responsibility for the quality and consistency of food served
- prepare ingredients and dishes following standard recipes
- assist with inventory checks and organization of kitchen supplies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep and storage areas
- properly use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
- help with receiving and storing deliveries
- comply fully with all Department of Health food safety standards
- support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed
