Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes closely
- Strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and meet service times
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Contribute to the training of new kitchen staff
