Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes closely
  • Strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and meet service times
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • Contribute to the training of new kitchen staff
