- Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week

- ServSafe certification or in process
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Residential healthcare experience strongly preferred
- CPR and standard first aid certification or in process preferred
- Proficient in food preparation, regulation compliance, and sanitation
- Ability to work individually and cooperatively with others in food service
Job Duties
- Assist with meal and food preparation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Check and record temperatures of refrigerators and freezers daily
- Utilize approved cleaning agents appropriately in all food-related areas
- Remove trash and refuse from kitchen, dining, and food storage areas
- Inventory food service items and supplies as directed
