Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
- basic knife skills
- ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- culinary training or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- execute menu recipes with accuracy and consistency
- ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- maintain portion control and temperature guidelines
- adhere to company time standards
- manage all aspects of assigned cooking station including setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
- operate various kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
