- at least 18 years old
- physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- approximately 99 percent of time spent standing or walking
- must present Food Handler Card within required timeframe
- eligibility to work full or part time
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must obtain State or County mandated Food Handler Card
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare farm fresh menu items according to specifications
- ensure food safety standards are met
- maintain portion control and sizing accuracy
- package and plate orders correctly
- work efficiently to meet speed of service goals
- participate in hands-on and online training programs
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
